We stopped on our way to Nares Mountain at Carcross, and I am glad we did this, because after the hike

We were super tired !

I also saw this amazing spot at All Trails app, and I was super surprised because as you can see, there is a desert, and also Forrest, a lake, and mountains in the background ! Just super beautiful ! you can see the four of them at the same time !

Carcross Desert is not a dessert, apparently this used to be a lake that vanished along with the glacier, and the bottom of the lake was left behind, leaving this beautiful scenery !
