I had such a busy week, and when my friend asked me to join her for a hike, I hesitated.

You know guys having to work full time, and trying to study at the same time for my masters, having a boyfriend as well, it was just so much, Im sure you have felt the same sometimes.

But life is that ! And we must take advantage of those free days to enjoy our life the most ! 

So my friend and I drove to the Coquihalla, which is around 2 hours from Coquitlam, and we were able to find the right parking spot, there is some construction going on but you can pass through it. 

Then we started our hike, we saw two families one with kids, and another couple, no bears !

Mosquitos were no nearby either ! 

Lots and lots of wild blueberries, delicious!

Totally recommend the hike for a nice hiking day far from tons of people 🙂

Do not feel that for the elevation Hiking Poles are  needed.

But it might depend on you !
